An innovative solution to traffic congestion is a conceptually new technology created by Lithuanian researchers.

The new concept is called ''Peripheral centralization''.

Tech is a united, all-embracing, and universal solution that fits any country and is capable of beating traffic jams and reducing it by 30-50% in cities around the world.

Tech can be used on a unified and centralized base suitable globally to all cities above 50-100 K inhabitants.

Most of the solution parameters compared to all known technological solutions aim at reducing traffic congestion and have principle differences.

Tech has no competitors because of a lot of advantages and solution technology uniqueness.

Tech may start straight away at full capacity without testing and the preliminary result will be quite visible in just the first few months.

The project is designed to be executed as a state program where the government acts in the leading role in this program realization in the country, in co-working with local authorities, city mayor offices, etc. who engaged as operators of innovative technology implementation.

Some key features:

- reduces traffic jams by at least 30-50% in 6-24 months;

- fits any city with more than 50-100 thousand inhabitants;

- does not compete with urban/suburban public transport;

- has no restrictions, prohibitions, or additional chargings for car drivers;

- will be very effective in an epoch of AI and self-driving cars.

Notable moments:

a) Gov Tech - Civic Tech is for renting to countries' governments, and local authorities;

b) monthly payments will be set for renters (e.g. 5-25 USD / 1 participant; in the world will approx. +500 million participants);

c) a postponement will be given to renters, i.e. the first monthly payment required only in a few months and only if the reduction of congestion is observable;

d) no long-term investments are necessary, just some financial resources at the starting stage of this technology implementation.

The solution as a business model means a special service intended to rent and the yearly renting price could be e.g. 7% of the economic benefit. Have to underline, this innovation doesn't need substantial investment.

Technology solution quite suits co-working with AI but anyway, at least 50% of the positive result of reducing traffic jams will be affected by our innovative system. No doubt, this system will be in world demand at least within 20-30 years even an epoch of Artificial Intelligence and self-driving cars.

Tech is not for selling, only for usage as an exceptional service of innovative technology, upon agreement with e.g. the IP owner's company that will receive set monthly payments.

(Innovation tech features listing isn‘t definitive; part information restricted to discuss publicly under agreement with IP owner.)

PS: It could be qualified and implemented not just as GovTech only but also as a private company technology solution in partnership with the public sector.
